When people talk about offshore business, offshore banking etc, what would be the opposite?
On-shore? Shore? On land?

offshore often refers to shady deals or just literally off the shore somewhere but close by, usually to create some advantage not existing on-shore, or in the domestic market, like avoiding taxes
