Having state tax problems, what should I do?

I filed my state tax May 27th through Turbo Tax, I tried checking on my status through an Alabama state tax refund status site, and it says that my information isn’t in their system. I KNOW I filed the taxes, so what should I do?

    Call Turbo Tax.

    If I am not mistaken, you can contact Turbo Tax at 1-800-854-3970

    Good luck in resolving your problem.
