What will be tax deduction on 50,000 per year salary?

Hi,
I am offered a job in state department (Pennsylvania) and my salary will be around 50,000 per year. I am not sure how much my take home salary will be after tax deduction and other cut.

Appreciate if someone answer me soon as I am new in this state.

Thanks!!
Also, I have 2 kids and file tax return jointly.
