What does the irs tax code 1221 specifically mean in regards to them reviewing my refund?
I filed my taxes Jan 20th. The IRS delayed them and then earlier this week gave me a code saying 1201. I called and they said that they were reviewing them. Now today I checked and they gave me a code saying 1221. What does this mean specifically and what should I do?

I filed the same day as you. I have gotten 3 dates for dd and now I have the same code as you. when I called the irs they told me it was due to verify etic, plus there is a glitch in the computer system
